Michelle Patrick

Michelle Patrick

CEO and President

Electrical Engineer, BS & MS

Michelle Patrick is an entrepreneurial technologist who has researched and developed digital technology solutions for over two decades.

Even during her time serving as a US Navy Corpsman, she recognized areas that would be better managed using technology. In her free time, she developed the programs necessary to streamline health information tracking for her command, receiving awards in recognition of the significant improvements in the command’s audit performance they produced.

As an engineer, she began as a Project Engineer then Field Engineer for General Electric (GE) Marine Automation. After earning her Master’s degree, she developed medical sensors with signal processing and image generation with NASA, University of Houston, and Georgia Tech. She has spent the past decade implementing Digital Transformations and Cloud Migration for over a dozen organizations.

Michelle is the Founder and CEO of ADAK Digital. She holds a both Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering. Outside of work, Michelle is vice-chair of committees in IEEE/GBS, volunteers with Engineers Without Borders, and continues to coordinate and grow the K-12 STEM outreach program she founded in 2015, Engineers in Real Life.
